Hello, Sharon and Drs. Adams, Patil and Naib.

We hope that you are well and enjoying this lovely end of summer and cool start to fall.

You repaired my heart on September 8^th, 2023. From Sharon to intake to staff and nurses to doctors, you wonderful people at Mount Sinai took very good care of me, my heart and our family.

This weekend, I will be one-year post-operative and I am doing well with zero concerns. All my numbers are good and my medications are minimal (Metoprolol, Eliquis).

Thanks to all of you at Mount Sinai, I have made a complete recovery and am enjoying life with my family to the fullest.

Dr. Adams, when we first met with you in June of 2023 in your conference room along with Dr. Patil, you asked me to tell you something about our family. I wanted to ask you out for a beer so I could take the time to tell you how amazing our family is and share funny stories. In lieu of that beer summit and knowing how precious your time is, we have attached a picture of our family that tells a thousand words. We hope that you are similarly blessed.

Not a day passes that we do not think about everyone at Mount Sinai and the incredible work that you do. Thank you!
