Unlike many of Dr. Adams patients, my husband did not have a valve issue but instead a very rare anomaly that could have had devastating outcomes if not found and repaired. We sometimes complain about traffic and overcrowding but in this instance living in New York City was a blessing. He was able to have access to world renowned surgeons and medical services and for that we are thankful.  Within less than two month doctors identified and corrected the problem and have since continued to monitor his recovery.  Mount Sinai supported our family throughout the entire process, each step of the way they provided us with clear detailed information and exceptional care!
